My friend and I are trying to figure out a way for her to connect to my LAN game through Hamachi. We have tried:
Port forwarding on 25565
Setting interface metric to 1
Setting Hamachi as first in connection order
Allowing all java programs in firewall
Disabling firewall
Using ipv4 address with :25565
Using local address with :25565
Using hamachi address with :25565

Hello, mross.
You are trying to get a friend of yours connected to your LAN game from another network. L.A.N. stands for Local Area Network, thus meaning connections from the local area network (Your home internet; wifi) only may join. If your friend comes to your home and connects to your network using his/her PC, then you may play LAN games together. If not, you will need to make a private server in which you must portforward and provide the IP to him/her or use Hamachi. Many guides are available for creating a server and portforwarding and using Hamachi.
