This message continually pops up on while streaming minecraft. What does it mean, and how can it be fixed?

Hmm, not sure that's the problem, but it could be.

Specs:
14mbps down
1.1 mbps up

Changing fps and bandwidth settings in minecraft broadcast settings did not fix the issue.
Using open broadcast software resulted in much better quality stream at 30 fps, so it seems like something to do more with minecraft than the internet.
Updating to version 'E' of minecraft prevents the stream from working at all, so the best option right now is probably to wait until Mojang gets it straightened out.

The stream was fine for over 4 hours, even with this warning.

mine did this as well, it usually works but sometimes crashes after 30 minutes-1 hour, its a bit annoying that it pops up on my screen while streaming, especially when it slows down chat on servers

same problem and mine cuts out at about 1-2 mins but my fps is great
