So recently whenever i start my game this happens http://imgur.com/WBDZvgi you cant really see it here but the main menu of minecraft explodes all over my screen and any open window gets all these graphical glitches. ive already updated java and my graphics cards but nothing works. Please Help!
Perhaps you should contact Mojang. Do you have and 3rd party programs installed? If so, did you delete the META-INF folder? If you didn't then that may be the reason.

i notice you have photoshop running, does this error happen when its not?
photoshop can tend to take over things, had it stop the esc key working on minecraft on me in the past.
