So I started up Minecraft last night and I was mining around when this happened. Any solutions? Because I'm stumped.

Happens if your in a block that is glowstone, piston, or TNT. Either that, you got Xray

turn mipmap level to off in minecrafts video setting.
its a bug in the game and their are loads and loads of threads about it
