Okay, so whenever I go into a specific world, (and only in this world) for some unknown reason a single brown horse has multiplied by the hundreds. Once I enter, hundreds of them spawn from nowhere, lagging my game to the point of a near freeze. So, the questions stand:
Has anyone else, specifically Mac users, encountered this problem?
Is there a way to 'uncorrupt' (if it is somehow corrupted in the first place) the world and fix the bug?
If not, is there a way to externally remove the mobs present in that world?
Thanks for your time,

I tried MCedit, but upon deleting all entities in the area, they instantly return, as seen on the mcedit screen itself. I double checked in minecraft, still there and multiplying.
The entities will place in a another chunk and are misplaced.
The trick is to found out how the wars. maybe tray to delete entities 2-3 chunks around the place the are shown in MC-Edit.
If u unlucky mark hole world, remove all entities and in the chunk tool repopulate all. (remember all animals will delete and will randomly reset with the repopulate function)
