I keep getting "Error LoadLibrary failed with error 193: %1 is not a valid Win32 application." whenever I try to click the Play button on the Minecraft launcher. I have tried using CCleaner and Registry Easy, but that didn't work. I've tried uninstalling both versions of java and re-installing them but that didn't work either.. this has never happened before and it's been 2 weeks.. please help fix this! I'm not an expert on these kinds of things.

Do you have the correct version and bit for your java? If yes, this looks like a deeper problem, with your operating system. Did you mess around in the windows directory? Have a virus?

Yes, I do have the correct version. Whenever I do a virus scan it says there's no problems found. There might be a problem with the directory though.
Cant help much further than that, as you'd need someone from microsoft to help you with fixing that. try a system restore back to the date of it working.
