Hey guys I need some help or my Minecraft will be RUINED. Everything else is fine but when I try to left click it won't work. I have to stand still to be able to swing my arm, and even when I'm standing still it takes a few tries for the left click to work. I can't attack any mob at all in the server I play on. I've tried emptying out the bin folder to clean it, replacing the jar with another one (same jar but re-downloaded from another site), and the attack/destroy button is set to button 1. I haven't modded or changed my Minecraft client in any way. I play on 1.7.2 on Windows 8.1 if that helps. How do I fix this?

i want to post the solution here in case anyone else has this same problem. This mouse lag will only happen to you if you updated your windows 8 computer to windows 8.1.
1. go to pc settings
2. go to pc & devices
3. go to mouse and touchpad
4. under touchpad, select "no delay (always on)"
and it should be fixed.
