I hit the super secret bar and my screen messed up. i hit f4 and the button several times but it wont go back to normal. any ideas?

You appear to have activated the internal "shaders" that have been implemented into Minecraft 1.7.2 and are labeled as Super Secret Settings. To return your game back to normal, simply press the ESC key (or whatever key you have binded to pause) and then click Options. From the options menu, you should see the Super Secret Settings button. Press this repeatedly until you return back to the style of Minecraft you desire.
