I'm working on a project with a flat 50x50 display board, and have run into the following graphical glitch whenever I load the map:
The black box will disappear if you get close enough to it, but it's quite awkward to have to fly up and squish your face around the board until it goes away.
I've tried loading it up with light source blocks in and around the affected area with no success, and using /setblock command blocks to add around remove blocks around it didn't work either.
If anyone has thoughts/suggestions please let me know!
Try turning off mipmapping in Options > Video Settings.
If it still persists thereafter, please provide your DxDiag log in spoiler tags, as shown in the linked post.

I play on a Mac, and from the brief looking that I did Macs don't have DxDiag logs. Are there any other logs I could pull that would serve the same function?
