normally we ask for a dxdiag log, but as you listed your hardware is shouldn't be needed
https://downloadcent...ows 7 (32-bit)*
that is the most recent drivers for your graphics, the problem is yours isn't supported in windows 8 so you will have to try the windows 7 drivers
Tried running the setup and said it doesnt meet the minium requirements

hhmm... try the auto updater http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect
as i said it maybe windows 8 just doesn't have official support for your graphics, which would mean downgrading back to windows 7, or getting a real graphics card if you have a pc (can put a card into a laptop)

Running so many different versions of Windows on the same computer (Especially 32bit) Is not a very good idea.. But in anycase it looks like your computer is having trouble updating your new Windows to the correct drivers, Look in windows updates and make sure there are no graphics card updates waiting to be installed. If all else fails reinstall minecraft and perhaps your java version... Hope i helped!

I dont reach minium requirements to do the driver install
