Hello, so I just downloaded the update for Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and now I am experiencing a problem on Minecraft. It may not seem like a big problem, but it will have a big effect on me because I PvP quite frequently. The problem is, whenever I attempt to jump, I can't hit. Any suggestions as to how I could fix this?
I did a bit of research on this problem. It seemed that most people said that it is a bug of the new update, or the lag of your Minecraft. The solution of this is apparently to minimize the Minecraft window then maximize it again. Good Luck.

Ive just tried it on my personal laptop and it does not do this glitch, Reseting your controls in the options could be a solution... If not that and it still does not work try reinstalling minecraft.
check your pads settings in control panel, it maybe turning off the click while your pressing space to jump, something like palmguard
If you are referring to PalmCheck, I tried checking there, but even after downloading Windows 8.1, it was still set all the way down like it was before the update. :L
