How to Accelerate pixel format?

Minecraft Isn't loading for me and keeps giving me an error report saying that my pixel format is not accelerating. All my drivers are up to date and I can't figure out how to fix it. Can anyone help?DxDiag : https://gist.github.com/anonymous/b8b1e395aff505169cb4

Your drivers are not upto date, you have microsoft drivers installed, not amd drivers

download and install these drivers http://www2.ati.com/drivers/legacy/13-1-legacy_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc.exe

I've done that and it says my drivers are up to date. I'm going to try to uninstall my amd drivers and then reinstall them and see how it works.

Still doesn't work.
