So, I play Minecraft on my dad's Mac OSX, version 10.6.8. On my dad's account, there are so many files it's ridiculous! Minecraft Is really slow. So, I made another account, and moved the minecraft folder to my account. It deleted all my save files. ALL OF THEM! The saves folder is still there. Also, I cant play maps. I download them, and put them in the save file, but it wont work!!!! The same with texture packs! Can someone please help me fix this??? (p.s Time machine was on, dont know why thats important, but it was.)

I don't know what that is. Anyways, after messing around, if fixed the save problem. Now I have another problem: I enter the server ip in the dad server spot, and it won't load the server. Please help!
