Actually there is a bug report form. Its cleverly disguised as "Support". I don't blame you for not knowing where it was, but if you just went straight to this forum, instead of scrolling down and actually looking for it...

says the ia cache isn't avalible
also this is on 1.6.4 and its happening to all my servers in 1.6.4 i'v joined... idk about the other update gens thoe.
