Minecraft Forums

I have been getting some massive lag on minecraft recently, which is weird because i run World Of Warcraft, Aion, Blacklight Retribution, Battlefield 3, and a bunch of other games on max settings and they run smooth, no lag, no issues. I only seem to get lag in minecraft. At first i thought my computer might be screwed up, but how is it that i can run other games(other games with much better graphics, and more intense gameplay then minecraft) lag free, but cant build a simple house in minecraft due to massive lag. Anyone got a fix? or explanation?
