I'm playing Minecraft in creative mode and I've built a lot of stuff...and now, I'm having problems with the blocks wanting to break, constantly.

Whenever I try to put a new block somewhere, doesn't seem to matter what it is that I'm trying use, the blocks constantly break and when I'm trying to build, everything's breaking down.

I love the game....finally am able to play, again. For so long, it wouldn't work. Please, if anyone has any suggestions on how I can get this resolved...I would truly appreciate any assistance you might be able to give me.

Even though I've played the game over and over....not as creative as everyone seems to be.

Does this also work in surv?

I think its the fact that you changed some binds with your mouse/trackpad which causes you to break and place at the same time. I used to have the bug, but in 1.5. Maybe try updating?

I don't know about binds, but I did change to a new mouse, because my other one crashed, finally. My game automatically updates, now. So, I don't know how to resolve my issue. Thank you so much for trying to help me!

I've tried to create new worlds to see if the problem of the blocks breaking and not letting me build, due to them breaking, instead and it's still happening. Actually, it seems as though it's getting worse.

Would anyone have any suggestions as to why this may be happening....any ideas? I love this game, but have had so much trouble for quite some time. I had to quit playing for awhile, due to not being able to log in...for whatever reason, still unknown to me and I don't want to lose the ability to play, again.

See if you can borrow someone's known-to-be-good mouse. It might be that when you're right-clicking to place a block, the left button is also firing. Honestly, when you've got a dodgy mouse--and I've had me more than my fair share--it can fail in truly bizarre and irritating ways. Borrow another mouse and see if the problem goes away. If it does, I hope your new one is still under warrantee.

Check the controls screen under options in minecraft. if any button appear red, there's more than one thing set to that key. Check to make sure none are red.
