Okay so, my minecraft is all fine, until I select an item such as glass pane's, iron bars, or any of the related. Then a majority of the blocks disappear, leaving a random selection of blocks/items to stay, plus most of the new 1.7 items do this as well., this happens in creative and survival for both single player and multi player. If any information is needed, please reply. (I'm on Vanilla 1.7.2, running Windows 7 on a desktop)

This had been happening to a lot of people in this forums, I don't think there is a way to fix it, sadly you have to wait until the update.
