As a preface, this is new and only has started happening after a few driver updates, but I'm not sure what the problem is. If I don't play in F11 fullscreen mode, I get less than 10 (visual) FPS. I say visual because when I press F3 or check Fraps it's showing normal above-100 FPS, but it sure doesn't look it. When I go into fullscreen however, it much more accurately represents visually what it's saying. As I understand it going into fullscreen deloads Windows 7, but I don't quite understand how that could be causing this. Halp?
you do realize that 100FPS is way more than adequate to record stream and make videos without lag and play minecraft perfectly fine. your recorder wont even record at 100 fps . even in fraps it has an option to lock your recording framerates at a certain fps usually most people will keep it at or around 30 fps for HD. with that said if your game is running higher than 20 fps youll be fine with video but may see some lag in game 30-40 greate gameplay no lag perfect video 10-15 youll see video lag and everything sucks.
