Can't Login.

So basicly I can't login. When I click minecraft it starts normally, but then a login screen appears. I am doing my password right and name, the only thing I notice is that it says 1.3.1 at the top. Any ideas of what this is? Or how any of you guy's can help me?

The 1.3.1 is only the version of the launcher. As for the other problem, I can't really think of a solution right now.
