Hey sorry for my english.

hello. I am new to using premium minecraft and i have problems.

I just download the laucher from the official website and played from version 1.7.2 then I download the curse client and when I click play it opens another laucher only updated to 1.5.2 and minecraft.jar in% appdata% folders created as saves, resouces etc ...

The laucher opens too when i click in join server.

Sounds like you managed to get both the new launcher and the old launcher. The old launcher is only supported until 1.5.2, after which you have to use the new launcher. I recommend using the new launcher, and try deleting the old launcher.

Thanks for your reply :3. The launcher problem only appears when I click on play in the curse client, I can play with the 1.7.2 version if I open the laucher from the official website of minecraft (1.3.1). always opens the laucher with version 1.5.2 when I use curse client.

Weird... perhaps the Curse client hasn't been updated to use the new launcher. Haven't used the client myself, so I wouldn't know.
