So lately my minecraft has been really really laggy, chunks not loading and stuff like that. I think it's because I just went exploring with the new biomes and it made the file bigger. But there is like 5 chunks loaded in my world, that's it, i can jump right into the chunk errors and it doesen't fix it, I've tried F3 A many times and nuthin! I restarted my computer and everything else on my computer runs fine. I was wondering if something was happening with the minecraft files at mojang or if anyone could help me with all this lag!
Some others have been experiencing this to. I don't think it's your folder, since generation doesn't take up much memory. Try redownloading your minecraft client.
When and if cubic chunks is added, these problems should no longer be existent. However, I have had similar problems - If you live near a lot of trees or have a lot of glass around, that can cause lag. There can also be many problems relating to mob spawning etc. Try lowering graphics settings, removing laggy blocks, and/or wait for a new update.
If only a some chunks loading, its maybe an defect chunk or MC move some entities wrong.
(Open u world in MCEdit, press 'ctrl-i' and select 'Repair regions' in the dialogue which pops up. after its has completed, save your world and exit MCEdit.)
If that not fix it, feel free to upload u map to an filehoster and give us the link, we will try to fix it then for u.

If anything, a system that requires much more chunk threading and rendering instances will INCREASE chunk loading errors .
You're right, however lag is also an issue the OP said. But sorry for saying that
