Help! I'm having a problem where my game does not save the level. I built stuff and then it didn't save anything except my inventory when I exit and re-enter.p.s. It does save when using MCEdit.

Try reinstalling MC or updating Java if it is outdated.:D

Oh, there's 2 other files along with the level.dat and session.lock. Could they be causing the problem?

Level.dat may be corrupt,start a new world and copy everything from the old world with MCEdit.

There's a region where I still can't edit blocks in-game; other regions are fine
