So me and my sister both have minecraft my minecraft is ok i don't have a single error unless some mods gone wrong but my sister on the other hand has this really weird problem so during this time like during September she would sometimes open the minecraft launcher and it would always give her the option to play offline (even if we had a internet connection i would be online able to play while she would be offline and unable to play because it would always say play offline) sometimes give it a few days and it would go back to online well during this time it happened a few days ago i told her to give it some tme like always well yesterday 1.7 was out (well at least for me it was) and it wouldent appear on her updates page se couldent switch the version t 1.7 either even if she chose use latest version so i told her hey why dont u restart ur mc u know like we always do it when we get some error (all we do is open the Minecraft. folder and delete everything in there except our saves,screenshots,texture packs folders) so she did now when she opened up to a fresh minecraft it gives her this error

Please fix the error and restart
So when we open the minecraft. folder its empty no crash reports or anything like that wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem we have tried only one logical thing delete minecraft and download it again of the website didn't work at all please help
