my minecraft always crashs when loading up a world. this first happened in 13w42a and i assumed it was just the snapshot then i try again in the update given that i would just wait until this bug is all worked out and i get the same problem... here is the crash report if it helps. everyone that understand what this means please help!

I think your firewall might be preventing the two MC threads from talking to each other over a loopback socket.
Something is preventing it anyway, and that's what is causing the crash.
I'd look at trying to configure a rule that allows java.exe and javaw.exe to send and receive traffic.
If you can put your firewall into a mode where it prompts you before blocking, that is usually the easiest way to tell it "that's okay"
Or if you can access a log of recently block traffic.
