Freeze when loading a new world in 1.7.2, 1.6.4 works just fine.

Upon loading a (newly made) world in 1.7.2, minecraft will freeze and not respond. Later, however, I tried 1.6.4 and it worked just fine!

My specs

Hp wx8400 Workstation

5 gb DDR2 RAM

Dual Core Xeon 2.33Ghz 64 bit cpu.

ATI FireGL 7350 1 gig DDR3 mem
-Uses latest 64 bit driver for vista, they stopped updating.

64 bit Java.

Again, works with any version starting at and before 1.6.4, 1.7+ just won't work.

Anyone? The log says nothing but saving world, and I can't figure out at all what is going on...

Same here, what I'm doing is updating java and seeing if that helps, will respond later if it does
