I've been playin Minecraft since Alpha, and I've had Minecraft crash on me countless times and always have been able to fix it, but these last 4 or 5 days, I have been having my PC crash whilst playing Minecraft, I have no error reports or anything because Minecraft itself isn't crashing, but it's causing my PC to black screen and restart. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and possibly knows how to fix it.
it possibly isnt a minecraft issue or well it could be. does this happen often while doing other games or other activities or does this happen ONLY when playing minecraft? minecraft can be pretty intensive on your computer. are you sure youre not overloading it? getting your computer too hot or making it do too many things at once can also cause this.

It only happens when I play Minecraft. I just recently reset my PC to factory defaults and reinstalled Minecraft to see if that would fix it, but it didn't. I can play for like ten to fifteen minutes with no problems whatsoever and then it just black screens on me.
try uninstalling and reinstalling the version onf minecraft youre playing. make sure minecraft isnt open. get to your .minecraft folder.
.minecraft\versions once there delete the version youre playing. then reopen the client and redownload it

Sorry I took so long to respond, I ended up having some issues and had to make a hospital visit, and then I was sleeping for a long while, but I tried your advice and everything was working fine just as normal for about fifteen minutes and then I black screened and crashed again. :[
