Hello, so my brother and I used to play on a server but the PC it was on died. I moved the server to another PC and now i can play but he cannot. I thought it was a server issue (so i brought it to the Bukkit forums but no luck) however i tried using the open to lan plugin and realized that the issue is that his Minecraft doesn't see other servers, be they lan worlds (opened normally) bukkit servers at our home, or servers used by many (I tested five other common servers) The problem surfaced after he got MC 1.6.4 but due to certain circumstances, that was a clean install so we don't have the 1.5.2 he was using previously. Does anyone know why his MC cant see servers now?
edit: so it turns out, if He opens the world, I can see it but cant connect while if i open, he cant see it or connect.

We both have Avast, no third party and all java things are allowed through windows firewall. This only started after we got him 1.6.4 oddly enough.
