pc info:

extra info:
i am pretty sure i have a rootkit on my pc and it has taken full control of my pc and thats my guess on why this is happening. it's taken over Avast! MalwareBytes, SUPERAntiSpyware, and im not sure about AVG but for some wierd reason AVG's configuration management application keeps trying to run as administrator ever since i made appdata un hidden. i deny access but it still keeps trying to get access. I'm also pretty sure i have been hacked because i have a 2nd user named Mcx1. Also a couple of months ago i noticed a new file called Tyler and every time i try to search %appdata% in the windows search it tries to open it and every time on boot up it tries to open it. just today a new file on my desktop appeared that i dont know what it is. it's called C3E.tmp and the day i un hid appdata my pc was acting wierd like i said before so i decided to rebooted my pc and when i did DSKCHK came up and recovered 4 orphaned files (ask me if you want to know what they were) and i looked in my C:\ and i found 2 new files called BOOTSECT.BAK and img2-001.raw and i opened both of them up. BOOTSECT.BAK had a bunch of nulls and a bunch of garble text but it did have regular text in and it said:
A disk read error occurred
BOOTMGR is missing
BOOTMGR is compressed
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart
and img2-001.raw was also a bunch of nulls and garbled text but no text in it.
also i am unable to download files from certain sites and upload files to certain sites. i also cant connect to any antivirus webpage and my internet is starting to run incredibly slow. ever since the DSKCHK my hard drive got a lot of memory back. it went from 10% free memory to 20% free. also on the day i un hid appdata it says that im already logged on to Skype on my pc and i need to sign out in order to get back on Skype. which is wierd because im not logged onto Skype. if you need to know any other extra info just tell me.
