I have a Dell Studio XPS 16 and Minecraft lags after playing 10-20 Minutes.The FPS goes down from 90-120 to 1-5.I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64x. Java 7 update 45 (64x). I have
Installed Optifine = Reduces the lag from 1-5 to 10-15(But Still)
Updates Graphics Drivers = No Effect
Used CCleaner = Almost No Effect
Changed From Java 32x to Java 64x = No Effect(Except allowing Far in Settings)
Gave Minecraft more Ram (1GB to 2GB) = Extended Time to play(15-25 Minutes)
My Computer Specs
Display Adapters: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670
Processors: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU P8700 @2.53GHz
RAM: 4GB
Local Drive: 50GB (30GB Used)
My old Laptop that is 5+ Years old is capable of playing MC at 80FPS!
Minecraft doesn't crash at all, it just lags like Hell
