There are a-lot of things that could be effecting your Fps, such as you maybe being on a laptop. If you are or if you aren't, I'd recommend something like Optifine to help you out.
no i have good fps and all that and im not on a laptop just right when i use a enchanted item or i go into someone with an enchanted item i drop 20 frames or more.
