This is all I see in Minecraft currently:

I've re-installed Minecraft and restarted my computer but it stays the same. It started to do this yesterday. It has never done this before. Help?

Try re-installing minecraft again. Or restarting your computer. Hope this works in your computer

maybe try making a new minecraft profile and loading that? Just a thought. If that doesn't work then to be honest, im not sure. Hope my suggestion helps!
