Ok, Ive installed Minecraft Tweaker and Optfine, but I get 15-20 fps on Singleplayer.
BUT, On Multiplayer I get 30-45 fps! Why am I laging so much on SP?
Heres my specs:
4 GB Ram
Windows 7 Premium 64 bit
Intel i3
Intel (R) HD
320 GB HDD
sorry to break this to you, but intel i3 is not enough for minecraft. i have an i5 dual core, 500 GB HD, and 6 GB ram and radeon 7670m 2 GB, and i run at 60 fps. I think that if you want to game, you need a more upgraded PC.

hmm, well im too lazy to type in another lag fix guide, but there is another thread which i spent a good 10 minutes typing a guide. look for the "low fps non stop" thread by make_me_food. i gave some great tips.
The internal server that Minecraft required since 1.3 is taxing your system. I suggest upgrading your graphics card, closing background processes, or adding RAM. Or, if you want to go all-out, download Linux.
