I recently went on vacation and stayed at a hotel with wifi. I connected to the wifi, and now when I click anything that has to do with multiplayer (LAN, the multiplayer button on the startup screen, and all buttons in the multiplayer screen), my minecraft freezes for about 5-10 minutes, then comes back up in the place it is supposed to be. Clicking all other buttons does nothing to drop my FPS, but Multiplayer related things make me freeze.
Yes, but it still does it now that I am on my home wifi. There is no firewall throttling game-related traffic, and once the server comes up, it works fine.
