Hmmm, that's weird. Your problem is similar to Minecraft: Pocket Edition players, except that the lighting up of blocks is normal on the phones & tablets and the lines are not a problem in PE either. I suggest you give me a screenshot of your video settings in Minecraft and let me see anything suspicious.
