As a hunch, you probably need to define the PATH for java (where the 64 bit installation is).

That's funny because that's the same video I watched already and it didn't help.
Go to programs and features in your Control panel, remove all versions of java from the list. Go to java.com, then find the button for manual downloads and download both Java 7 64bit/32bit. Not saying that it's the problem but reinstalling java is definitely a good idea I think.

No JVM could be found on your system.
Please define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME
to point to an installed 32-bit JDK or JRE or download a JRE from www.java.com
I have a 64 bit Os but a 32 bit browser (chrome).
Specs for a reason
