This might sound like a dumb question but... is it plugged in? I lost a regular xbox that way, and I thought it couldn't work anymore. It never occured to me to check the power cord until after I gave all of my xbox games to my friend I found out that it wasn't plugged in. Then he moved out. (not like it was worth playing anyways.)

if that doesnt work than change your keyboard setting then change it back to normal
