Ok so I don't even know how this happened but when I went to run my minecraft it would say error:connection. So I went to %appdata% and I clicked on the file ".minecraft" and there are supposed to be bins and texture packs and all the other folders in there. Well mine, is empty. So I tried deleting everything and going back to minecraft.net and trying to redownload it. Yes it would create a new ".minecraft" folder but still no folders within the folders. I haven't been able to play for a day because I have been trying to figure it out. Please help me, I would really like to start playing it again. Thanks!
