This laptop is quickly becoming obsolete for playing Minecraft (or any other game), but I have spent innumerable hours creating 2 particular worlds. I'm getting a new laptop customized exclusively for gaming - how do I save my beloved worlds to move them to this new computer?

Just move the world folder to your new "saves" directory inside .minecraft.
