Please help me my minecraft world I think is corrupt and I cant figure out if it is or not. All mobs are frozen and I cant kill them and I cant leave the chunk that i'm in. It also takes forever to load the world because it freezes at "downloading terrain". I am also playing in 1.6.4.

Very odd. I've had this happen to me on servers, connection lag I guessed. But my guess is you're playing on a Single player world.
So maybe check that you aren't on a LAN world. Otherwise single player worlds got changed a while back I think, so now they are semi-server. So might just be a glitch, but as I can see, the chunk definitely just ins't loading, if the world was glitched and the world just kind of ended there, then those blocks would be lit. I don't really know what to do, just my thoughts. I hope your problem gets fixed though. Good luck.

Try the program MC-Edit ( http://www.mcedit.net/ ) ant his Region repair function.

If it doesn't work pleas upload u World to an Filehoster and give us the link, we try to fix it then for u.

yeah I am playing on single player and I was not on LAN i also forgot to add that it happened when enchanting. I was enchanting a diamond sword and my computer black screened. when I came back on it was like this.

Good idea I will try to post a download If I can. the world is natural regeneration false by the way.

That shouldn't make a difference whether on or off. I really have no clue, but yeah. Upload the world so we can get a bit more information and maybe we could re-upload it as a fixed world.

Sorry I tried uploading the file to media fire but its not working. does anyone have any other fileshare websites.

I self use at the moment only "Mediafirer".
(Don´t try Opera at them i always get errors on upload, try Firefox.

Oh my god THANK YOU for doing this now i'm so happy you just made my day.
Also thank you for sticking through this I thought i was gonna lose my world!
By the way how long did it take you to do this?

It take my 5-10 minuets for the cleaning. (slow PC on work)
And 2-5 minuets for the testing in MC. (Flight a little bit around the map and look for fps breakdowns.)
