Hey guys and when I try to launch the Minecraft Launcher, it says "Launch4j an error occurred while starting the application
The system cannot find the file specified.
If anybody have a solution,thanks


Edit:Even the Technic launcher says it.

Try re-installing minecraft.

What OS do you have? (Mac OS 10.6, Windows 7, etc, etc)

I have a windows 7 64-bit.And I already tried re-installing Minecraft

Tell me your operating system and I can explain.

If you have Windows 7, then:

1: click the window in the bottom left corner of the screen
2. type in %appdata% and hit enter
3. find the folder ".minecraft" and DELETE it.
THIS WILL RESET ALL YOUR DATA!

If you want to save your servers and worlds, then:
1. OPEN .minecraft
2. Open the 'saves' folder and copy all the folders inside it
3. Paste them somewhere on your computer that is easy accessible.
4. Copy the "versions" text file inside .minecraft and paste it near the saves folders.
5. Delete .minecraft
6. Re-launch minecraft in your launcher and download a version.
7. Hit the window and type in %appdata% in again. Open the new .minecraft folder.
8. Open the new Saves folder and copy all the other folders from the old one
9. Replace the new Versions txt with the old one

You're done!!okay, then check to see if your java is up-to-date.

When I did all of that,it still says the error and my java is up to date.java 7 is the latest version and I have it.

Anyone have a solution?I want to play Minecraft
I haven't played Minecraft in 2 months and a few weeks now
