i was playing minecraft then went to the launcher then when i tried logging in it closed the launcher then i started the launcher again then this is what showed up trying to start the launcher

I have tried the first part of this instruction...

From the minecraft forums, posted by user Tehyoda:

Open notepad.
2. Copy and paste the code below into the notepad window.
3. Goto File => Save As... and save the file as "StartMC.bat" (with the quotes)
4. Save the "StartMC.bat" file in the same directory as Minecraft.exe
5. Use StartMC.bat to run Minecraft.Note: If you use minecraft.jar instead of minecraft.exe, change the filename in the script.
The code:

@start /B javaw -Dswing.systemlaf=com.sun.javax.swing.plaf.metal.CrossPlatformLookAndFeel -jar Minecraft.exe



I did not try or understand where or how to insert the code above.

Well, given that I just broke an entire modpack by installing it, I sure as hell can't help ya.
