Can't Even Get To The Main Menu - Minecraft

For the last two days, everytime I try to play Minecraft, it doesn't bring me to the normal login screen. It brings me to this screen.

Whenever I try to login with information I know is right, this error shows up.

Does anyone why this has been happening randomly and how I can fix it?

That IS the normal login screen for the new launcher.

The error implies that the problem is with your Java installation not having a good set of SSL root certificates.

I would try uninstalling Java properly, then cleaning any remaining files from the Java installation directories, before re-installing Java.
