I went a while without internet and managed to miss an entire update while we are on the brink of 1.7.

the question is, How do you update from 1.6.4?
I thought you have to get a new launcher for it right? It said that on the old one to get it in preparation of 1.7 and it leaves a link to the minecraft download page. I downloaded it but its the same one I have and it can't find the update.

So can anybody help me??? Pretty please?????

Yes, I have mods, but I'm having the same problem. Reloaded the game, reloaded the launcher, got the same 1.6.2. Any suggestion would be welcomed.

It can't even find the update. I already tried that. It says something like "update not found in time" and goes along with it. I tried to do the profile but the only versions I have are 1.6.2 through 1.5

Thank you so much!!!!! It totally worked!!!!!!! lol a month without this new update when I already updated my server was awful thank you for the help
