Hi, heres the problem, whenever I play on large minecraft servers, its fine for like 5 minutes then my entire internet connection crashes. I don't know why! Then I have to unplug my modem and plug it back it back in (Power Cable).

Does anyone know why? I don't give it time to shut off btw, I just unplug it and plug it back in.

Anyone else have the same problem?

Aright I did it, I'll see if it works

So I played on Mineverse with 771 other people for 5 minutes and it didn't crash, I'll do it again tomorrow for even longer (1-2 hours) and see if it doesn't crash, but it looks like firmware update fixed it! THANKS GUYS!If I have any more problems I'll update this thread if it crashes again

I just played on Mineverse for an Hour, internet crashed. Help?Would getting a seperate router help?Or fix the problem?

Reported the problem to bell, they didn't send a replacement but they made the problem a little easier to deal with, as it crashes after 1 hour and a half, sometimes 2 hours, can't wait to switch to Cable Internet from Teksavvy though.... It will fix my problems probably

Report: Modem is even worse then it was before. Requesting a replacement later.
