Minecraft will not Download via Java

Hey guys, my minecraft doesn't want to download via Java, and i have tried turning off everything. Here is the file from some scan you guys said for another a guy with a similar issue to do. I can't seem to get it to work. http://pastebin.com/SD2xLC5Y

Please post the contents of your development console, which can be found on the second tab of your launcher, after attempting to play, in spoiler tags. You can quickly select and copy all the text with Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C.

I though that was what was in that link, how do i access the second tab because it doesn' show tabs at the top on my Java. Like it won't even download from the Mincraft.exe file

Your Java installation's SSL keystore is foobar, so Java can't make any SSL connections.

If you have no idea why this might be, then you should probably uninstall Java (using the uninstaller), completely clean the Java installation directories AFTER having uninstalled, in order to clean up any remnants, and then re-install Java.

I should add that when i went to verify it won't verify my copy of Java and i don't know why
