I want to install Minecraft 64-bit since chunks always load to slow and i don't know what i am walking on some of the time, I have "Java 7 Update 25 (64-Bit)" Just post what i need and ill check it out. If you need info just ask or somthing.. Also it would help me out with my kinect thing. Thanks
If you have 64-bit Java installed, then Minecraft is already running it. There is no "64-bit Minecraft", the client architecture is determined by Java alone.

Why does it render chunks so dam slow then??? Like i can be looking at the chunk for 5 seconds or more before it loads at times...

It can be because of alot of factors, and you are not giving us enough relevant information for us to tell you exactly why. Try creating a new world, and see if the slow chunk loading persists.

Ok, loaded a new world i stood still for about 30 secs getting 120-280 fps and chunks in front of me did not even load until i walked up to them which was about 1 min it took for them chunks to load. But chunks all around me were loading normal speed. and after that i was getting 120-400 fps.. 500 at some times
2000MB is a little overkill....
You really only need 1Gb. Put -Xmx1G 1Xms512M in your launcher's JVM Arguments box, for a total of 1Gigabye availble, 512MB allocated at startup. This is usally sufficent, unless you are exploring 15KM away from your spawn or building 32-Bit ALU's.

If any, what mods are present.
What else is your computer running
Ideas:
- Change your render distance
- Change your graphics settings
- Install OptiFine
