Being a experienced Minecraft player, I took time to try and fix the problem. I looked up quite a few tutorials, and read up quite a bit. It seems that it probably has to do with updating my ATI graphics card, which is unsupported. I am pretty much stuck here. Ubuntu has ran on this machine without lag to Minecraft, but running Fedora 19 gives <6 FPS and I can't bear to play it with such low FPS when it normally runs much better.
Specs
CPU: AMD Athlon II P340 Dual-core
RAM: 3gb
GPU: ATI Raedon HD 4200 (I read saying its supported, but trying to update it says it is unsupported.)
TL;DR
Fedora 19 is giving me Minecraft lag. Ubuntu did not. I already googled and searched, and attempted many things.
Would appreciate any help, but just know that I have tried most things, so please do not post Optifine, paramater args, launchers, lower/higher RAM, etc.
