That probably means either you or the server has a poor internet connection. How many bars does it show for your signal strength when you hit tab? I'm guessing it will show 1. My advice is to find a different server.
Ping=37ms, Download Speed= 2.20 mbps Upload Speed= 0.54Mbps Is That Bad?
You need to get better Internet if you are to be playing online games. Before you consider this you may want to check your Internet usage and your limit. If you have surfaced the limit you will either need to wait till it refreshes or purchase more.
Usually I'd you are over your limit it is usually a good idea to upgrade it as you are most likely going to encounter the problem again.

That only determines the connection between you and the host at the given time. Usually it is best to resolve the issue rather then ignore it.

Curse PremiumJesus... how many times has it been stated, you can't do anything about it! Go get better internet.
You can't simple as that, get a better computer. Otherwise close all programs running. That's the most you can do honestly..
