Nether portal reverses my direction.

I created a Nether Portal transport system and it's working fine, except that it reverses my direction. I'm new to the PC version (I used Xbox360's version before this), is this normal? It's only doing it for 1 portal; if I enter facing North, I exit facing South, and vice-versa.

I just noticed something weird, it doesn't do this when I enter it in survival.
