I'm trying to play the latest Snapshot fullscreen, but I'm getting heaps of FPS lag. The main problem is that Minecraft automatically uses a higher resolution, and won't let me choose a lower resolution setting that may improve preformance. To make things worse, the launcher includes the ability to use a custom resolution (640x480 in my case) in the profiles setting, but Minecraft just ignores it and uses the highest resolution setting possible.

Is there anyway to force the Snapshot to play fullscreen in a custom resolution?

That functionality is not implemented into the launcher.

The "Window Size" feature is not for fullscreen, rather in Windowed mode.

Thanks for clearing that up. It would be nice if we were able to change the fullscreen resolution as well... maybe that will come in future update.
